Delete your Squadcast Account

If you have decided to permanently delete your subscription to Squadcast, this document will help you understand how to do so

Follow the steps below to delete your account

(1) Click on the Settings icon in the sidebar

(2) Under the General Settings tab of the Organization Settings page, Click on the Delete button

(3) You will then be presented with the following modal. Enter the name of the organization and the password. Then, click on the Confirm button to go through with the deletion

The following modal is displayed after you click the Confirm button.

Data Retention

All data associated with an organization will be retained for a period of 7 days after a request to delete it is received; after which, the data will be permanently deleted.
